Hotel for Sale in Bali. The owner first bought the land and Padi fields in 2006. The building of the resort started towards the end of 2008 and reached completion in 2011. Trading started in the middle of 2011. The resort is surrounded by forest, vineyards and Padi fields. As a result, we are surrounded by a large array of wildlife including the blue Java kingfisher and the occasional sea eagle. The resort boasts one hundred meters of beachfront. A coral reef with an abundance of colorful tropical fish, tuna, mahi-mahi, sea turtles, dolphins and fin whales. The rice fields meet the sea for a feast to the eyes. This is an operational Padi field and produces between 2 - 3 ton of rice per year. We are in the process of organic certification. The gardens produce a variety of tropical fruits including mangos, papaya, pineapple, banana to name a few. The sweet scent of frangipani and gardenias is ever present.

Palms, culinary herbs, and medicinal herbs are grown in garden beds for the resorts use. One becomes in tune with the cycles of nature - the rice one eats comes from the rice fields by the sea, the seafood from our Bali sea, fruit from the orchard - herbs from the garden. The resort offers eight luxury villas. Each freestanding, private, spacious with an abundance of natural light. A private outdoor shower toilet and vanity add that something extra. There is nothing like a shower under the stars. All rooms have hot and cold water.

Traditional thatch alang roof with high ceilings to insulate from the hot tropical afternoons. Each room has a safe, double or single bed, daybed, side tables, lamps, chest of draws, wardrobe, writing desk and chair, wooden blinds and a private bale with a table and six chairs. A hygienic water dispenser with hot or chilled water is provided in each room with complimentary tea and coffee. Of the eight rooms, four overlook the padi fields and ocean. Two have sea glimpses and two a tropical garden outlook. The tropical garden rooms have a private courtyard. Each room has a mosquito net, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. Five rooms are equipped with king size beds and the remaining single.

The restaurant is equipped with stainless steel bench, cocktail dispenser, sink and bar fridge ready to serve up to twenty-four people. Private dinners for that special occasion can take place in one of the four bales. The kitchen is all stainless steel to comply with European standards in Hygiene. Fitted out with high-quality utensils. A large infinity pool takes center stage surrounded by eight majestic Cotten palms, frangipani trees, and sun beds. The spa is set up to pamper all needs including manicure, pedicure, and massage. It is fitted out with two portable massage tables, double shower, and a double spa bath. What makes this resort different from others is the Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre. Fitted out with three hundred herbs and everything needed to practice TCM. PT Ganesha Bali is a fully foreign-owned PMA company.

The new owner has the option to extend the life of the company indefinitely. This gives security and flexibility. Other hotels can be acquired or new hotels built with this PMA.
