The main building has an open design kitchen, dining room, and living room with a big terrace to the garden and direct beach access. The ground floor also offers a guest room with an en-suite bath and a maid’s room with shower. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with an open ceiling, so that you can see the wooden roof construction, dressing room, and master bathroom with balcony. In front of the master bedroom is a big balcony where you can relax on your sunbed and enjoy the sea view. There is also another guestroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom.

Next to the main Villa is a separate guesthouse with one bedroom, dressing room, and a Balinese style bathroom, which is partially open air. A carport, storage room and security gazebo are completing the design.

All bedrooms and the kitchen/dining/living room are equipped with A/C. The swimming pool is 15 x 5 meters and you will also find a fish pond the same size close to it.
The land size of this villa is 1755 m2 and the building size is 385 m2.
