This villa is a tropical paradise estate in the North of Bali. The Beachfront Villa is located in Lokapaksa, near Seririt, West of Lovina, in quiet North Bali, about 20 minutes from central Lovina. Directly adjacent to the veranda youll find the large infinity swimming pool of 6 x 18 meters, custom built for real lovers of swimming tracks. This housing is formed by the Bale Bengong. This is a typical Balinese resting area consisting of a separate open "house" that is directly adjacent to the long side of the swimming pool. The villa  has 4 bedrooms. 1 st bedroom is "master bedroom" has a large walkin cupboard behind the bed. From the bed is an impressive view over the pool to the sea. On the wall various Eastern (Balinese and Chinese) works of art. Via a double door is the bathroom directly accessible. The second bedroom has 2 sliding doors to the veranda and is accessible from the hall. It has an indoor bathroom and toilet. This 3rd bedroom is accessed from the hall. It lies on the south side of the house and therefore the coolest room of the house. A private bathroom and toilet belongs to this room. The 4th bedroom has an interior seating area upstairs and has a bathroom with toilet and a large covered balcony.

On this balcony are two sun beds. From the veranda it seems like the infinity pool seamlessly blend into the sea. . In the kitchen is white / beige granite, with all Western equipment. The staff house is complete with toilet. Ownership of this villa is freehold, certificate hak milik. The villa is on the rental market complete with rental licenses.
