Quite, yet with shops, a local market, cafes, and boutiques just a stone's throw away. From the villa, you van reach the center of Seminyal in about 10 to 15 minutes, and Bearawa Beach in the same time frame. 

The villa has a "Hak Pakai" tittle but can be converted to a "Hak Milik" (freehold) tottle is desired.
