Traditional Design Off Plan Villa

Introducing this traditional 3-bedroom villa in Kediri, Tabanan beautifully combines elegance and comfort. Located just 10 minutes from Kedungu Beach, this villa is in a rapidly growing area with shops and restaurants, and only 30 minutes from Canggu and Pererenan. The villa will be completed in the first quarter of 2026, built by trusted architects and builders we’ve worked with for over six years.

The indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly. The design harmonizes both indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa consists of two connected living spaces. At the heart of the villa is a Javanese joglo with a high roof supported by four wooden pillars. The main living area is centered around these pillars and features a cozy lounge to unwind and take in the surroundings. To the rear of the joglo, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent pantry, along with a guest toilet.

On each side of the joglo are two limasan-style buildings, which house the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the left each have their own en-suite bathrooms, while the bedroom on the right features an en-suite bathroom that is partially open and includes a bathtub. The elevated terrace is perfect for a dining area to enjoy outdoor meals, while the lower terrace by the pool offers space for additional seating to relax with family and friends. This area also includes a barbecue and bar for entertaining guests. A separate dressing room with an extra toilet is located next to the pool.

With 175 m2 of indoor living space and 150 m2 of outdoor areas, this villa offers generous space for comfortable living. A parking area for two cars and a storage room are being constructed, and a section of the garden is available.
