Erma's Last Day with the Team

On 30th of April 2026, all the team member gathered at the Palm Living office to say farewell to Erma, who has been valued part of our team for nearly 10 years in Administration. 

The event was held in a warm setting, bringing all the staff together for a shared moment of appreciation. It began with a speech from our director. Roland and followed by messages from team members who have worked closely with Erma over the years. There was a genuine mix of emotions, gratitude, pride, and happiness as everyone shared their memories and well wishes. 

The gathering continued with a dinner together, highlighted by the symbolic of tumpeng. In Indonesian tradition, tumpeng represents gratitude, harmony, and well wishes for a new journey ahead. It was a meaningful way to mark this transition, reflecting both appreciation for the past and hope for what is to come.

The event concluded with a group photo session, capturing a moment that reflects not just a farewell but a strong sense of togetherness and support.

While we say goodbye to Erma, we also celebrate her decision to begin a new chapter as a full time mom. We are truly grateful for her years dedication and contribution to the team.
