Temperature is an important factor to feel good in the tropics; the large doors allow a cool breeze throughout the villa. The villa is designed with light colors, and the sliding doors give a spacious feel. The villa harmonizes with the surroundings and the tropical garden where the villa is build.

About Villa Terang

By default an electrical installation is supplied with a power of 10,000 watts. The water supply has sufficient capacity. All bedrooms have air conditioners with an outdoor unit. An 80 liter electric hot water boiler is installed for kitchen and bathrooms. Sufficient lighting installation points and power outlets are installed. All rooms and the terrace have connections for ceiling fans as well.

In the bedrooms and toilets, a plastered ceiling with optional LED recessed spotlights. Also a plastered ceiling in the kitchen with lighting installation points. Upon request and after consultation of our building team rooms can be changed in size and shape.

The garden with plants, paving and garden lighting can be designed in cooperation with our garden designer. Our team can also help with interior design, supply of all home equipment and provides a helpdesk for all eventualities. Our architect provides 2D drawings of your villa design and all proposed changes.

The kitchen is equipped with kitchen cabinets made of MDF. A cooking island can be installed as optional. Above the included stove an optional extractor fan.

Stone or granite counter top. Stainless steel double sink is included. In the storage room you'll find the electricity meter and a power outlet for a washing machine. Design of the sink unit and optional wardrobes in cooperation with you. The floor in the kitchen is tiled with ceramic tiles. As an option natural stone is possible.

The living room is spacious, has large hardwood sliding doors at the terrace side and wide folding or sliding doors at the garden side. Smooth stucco walls in a color of your choice. Stained hardwood windows with 5 mm glass. The hobby (or office) room walls are also finished in smooth stucco in a color of your choice. The door is made of full-frosted glass with stainless steel handles.

The terrace is tiled with ceramic tiles. Natural stone, composite decking or wooden decking are optional. On the garden side as optional a pond with stone steps, paras stone and a stone staircase that descends to the lawn. A lightning rod on the roof is standard.

The foundation is stone and concrete. There are pipes for waste water drainage leading to the septic tank. The garden is standard supplied with fertile soil, ready for planting and paving.

The villa land is walled (height varies with location). If the villa is build on the ocean we supply a seawall at the width of the property.

Villa Interior and finishing

The dark tiled roof contrasts beautifully with the white of the exterior walls. The villa is contemporary designed but with a touch of Bali. The entrance doors are frosted glass-filled with stylized stainless steel handles. The walls are painted in a color of your choice, a light color would probably be best.

The windows and patio sliding doors are made of hardwood. The rafters and roof construction are made of maintenance free galvanized steel profiles. What you don't see are the septic tanks. The walls are built of stone and plastered.

The bedrooms have ceilings and all are equipped with air conditioners. The master bedroom has full width hardwood patio sliding doors color with 5 mm stained glass.

The rooms are spacious and have frosted glass doors. The large windows give great views of the surroundings. Walls finished in smooth stucco color of your choice. All floors in the house are tiled with ceramic tiles with a color of your choice and without thresholds. Natural stone like as example marble are optional.

The bathrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles with a color of your choice. Sanitary ware is manufactured by Toto. Shower and toilet have the necessary accessories including a mirror wall. In the hall a guest toilet. The floors are tiled.
